This committee promotes the initiatives of a local charity, which is determined annually by CRCBR.

Serves as a “grand jury” for complaints on ethics violations and arbitration on contractual issues, to determine if a complaint warrants referral to the Professional Standards Committee.

Recruitment, member services and marketing are the main focus of the committee.  They establish and implement strategies for 100% membership retention and membership growth goals.  They also review and recommend membership services and benefits.  Furthermore, they find ways to market the association to the general public.

This committee is responsible for planning, promoting and fundraising for the annual sponsorship program.

This committee plans and provides logistical input about budgeted programs including all networking opportunities, awards programs, annual golf tournament and other programs determined by the committee.
