New Development Guidelines within the City of Charlotte
 

Currently, there are several pieces of legislation the Charlotte City Council is considering that ultimately could have serious implications on the commercial real estate community.  The president of NAIOP Charlotte, Paul Devine, and NAIOP Charlotte's immediate past president, Jon Morris, have drafted a letter to our city council members, stating their organizations' stand on these issues.
