The Charlotte Region Commercial Property
Exchange (CRCPE) is upgrading to Version 2.0 this December. Our goal
is to make the already successful CRCPE system better. Version 2.0

The latest figures on housing, population, income, and more (by zip
code) are now available for each property.

Using the advanced portfolio tracker tool you can now receive daily
emails when changes have been made to portfolio properties.

New brochure templates for printing and emailing property brochures
in PDF and Rich Text formats.

Advanced filtering of emails by submarket and more, save email
