Give Kids A Book
March 1 - 31, 2008

Join Classroom Central, the Public Library of Charlotte-Mecklenburg County and LittleOnes Magazine for the third annual Give Kids a Book drive to collect 22,500 new and gently used books for students in grades pre-k through 12.

Donations can be dropped off at the following locations:
• All Charlotte area Starbucks
• Classroom Central - 2116 Wilkinson Blvd.

Office Furniture Donations
Help build new offices at Classroom Central.  Classroom Central is looking for office furniture donations to include new or lightly used desks with drawers, credenzas, hutches, overhead cabinets, etc.  For a map and directions to Classroom Central, please click here.

Color a Brighter Future
April 29, 2008

Join CRCBR as we sponsor the "Color a Brighter Future" spring fundraising breakfast.  Enjoy entertainment from a local school, a teacher speaker as well as an update on Classroom Central.

Classroom Central is a free store for teachers who work in low-income schools in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area.  We encourage everyone to bring school supplies and old office supplies which will be collected and donated to Classroom Central.
