Membership in CRCBR is a privilege, an honor. Members belong because of their commitment to high professional standards in the commercial real estate community and for the many benefits bestowed upon CRCBR members.
Categories of Membership
REALTOR Members
Individuals who are actively engaged in real estate profession. Each firm must name one principal or managing member as its Designated REALTOR Member, with one other individual in the firm being classified as REALTOR Member. Because of the Professional Standards and Code of Ethics requirements of membership, each licensee at a firm must be a member, or will be designated as a non-member, paying state and national dues.
Institute Affiliate Members
These individuals hold or are qualified candidates for a professional designation awarded by a qualified Institute, Society or Council affiliated with NAR, such as IREM, CCIM and SIOR. Members receive similar benefits as the REALTOR members, with several restrictions.
Corporate Associate Members
Business entities involved in the commercial real estate industry who do not hold real estate licenses, however, may provide products or services of interest to industry professionals. Each member firm may designate one member representative to CRCBR.
