The Deal Makers Awards
Program is the perfect opportunity to market your expertise to the

Supply and demand are basic fundamentals in economics, but how do

2009 promises to be a very interesting year for everyone, especially in the
real estate industry! This year, our theme is "Survive and Thrive" and we
hope to continue to provide the best possible services to our members, while

Because you are a REALTOR® member, you are a member of the national, state,

within the industry. Our quarterly BrokerNet, is a free, members-only
program where the sole purpose of the event is to network. We continue to
provide other events throughout the year to gain information on the region
as a whole, while networking at the same time.
Education
We also provide educational
programs designed to make available a variety of resources to support you in
your work. Newer to the industry? The CoreConcepts Commercial Certificate
Program is just for you! Eight Classes, Two classes a day, One day a week,
these courses provide the foundation for Commercial Real Estate. If you
simply need to renew your license, CRCBR also provides the Mandatory Update,
the Broker in Charge, and a number of electives, all with a commercial spin

Make sure to give us your name, company and all of the information
pertaining to the transaction:

Commercial RE Company - Jane Doe
XYZ Company leased 5000 sq. ft. of flex space at 123 Plaza Center.
Jane Doe of Commercial RE Company represented the tenant and John
Smith of John Smith Real Estate represented the landlord.
