NC Real Estate
Commission cutoff is Wednesday, June 10th
You must complete eight (8) hours per year of continuing
education (CE) in order to renew your license on active status.
Continuing education must be completed each annual license period
between July 1 and June 10. The cutoff for course completion by the
North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) is Wednesday, June
10th. For more information, visit the NCREC website at
http://www.ncrec.state.nc.us/

Exchanges elective course today at 2:00pm and a Mandatory Update -

CRCBR's education courses are the only courses in the region focused toward
the commercial broker. Commercial transaction information, language, and
case studies are used specifically to meet the needs of our commercial
members.

Mandatory Update - Commercial Version (CE Approved)
The 2008-09 Update will
cover material facts, new Commission rules, licensing & education issues and
the changes to the commercial contract, Agreement to Purchase Form 580-T.
The Commercial Version of the Update has been modified for the commercial
practitioner. For agents who practice residential real estate, it is
strongly recommended that they take the regular Update, not this version.

This course introduces concepts critical to successfully listing
properties. As students learn new concepts and key formulas, they are
given an opportunity to apply them through the problems presented in the
case studies.
