Huron Consulting Services, LLC leased 19,578 sq. ft. of space at 2127
Ayrsley Town Boulevard. Rob Hinton and Ann-Fleming Powell of Jones Lang
LaSalle represented the tenant and Jessica Brown and Ann Vulcano of CBRE
represented the landlord.
Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate - Kent Lamm
Promising Youth, Inc., a not for profit corporation, has leased a new
office in the University Commons Office Park on W.T. Harris Boulevard.
Promising Youth, Inc. provides out of home placement care and services
for children through the age of eighteen. Kent Lamm of Percival
McGuire Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Harris
Boulevard Properties II. Sonny Weeks with Iron Horse Auctions (formerly
of Metrolina Capital Advisors) represented the tenant.
