Energy Efficiency Contracting Opportunities
In conjunction
with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant, there will
be contracting opportunities for project design and construction
with the City of Charlotte.
NCAR is offering Land 101: Fundamentals of Land Brokerage on May 4-5
This NCAR course will teach the basics of land brokerage, including
the various types of land; the land brokerage process; the 1031
tax-deferred exchange process; market value; property rights and
restrictions; subdivisions and assemblage; and environmental and
regulatory issues.

You can access the blog at anytime by going to
http://blog.crcbr.org. If
you would like to receive regular blog updates, here's how to
subscribe:-
By Email - Go to the blog at
http://blog.crcbr.org and click on the "Subscribe by Email" link
at the top of the left-hand column (above the list of sponsors).
This will open a window that will allow you to type your email
address. Once you have subscribed, you will receive an email
notifying you when a new post has been made (regardless of how many
posts are made during one day, you will only receive one email).
