On Friday, May
7th, The Charlotte Business Journal published CRCBR Vice
President Tim Bahr's editorial titled "Choking out our Prospects."
NC Real Estate Commission Rule Changes
On April 22nd, NCAR posted on their NC REALTORS Talk blog that
on April 14th, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission voted on a
proposed change to rule 58A.0108.
NC Cities Named Among Best Places for Business
The Triangle Business Journal recently named Raleigh (No.3),
Charlotte (No. 17), Asheville (No.21), and Durham (No.23) among the
top 25 best places in the country for business and careers,
according to a new report released by Forbes.com.

You can access the blog at anytime by going to
http://blog.crcbr.org. If
you would like to receive regular blog updates, here's how to
subscribe:-
By Email - Go to the blog at
http://blog.crcbr.org and click on the "Subscribe by Email" link
at the top of the left-hand column (above the list of sponsors).
This will open a window that will allow you to type your email
address. Once you have subscribed, you will receive an email
notifying you when a new post has been made (regardless of how many
posts are made during one day, you will only receive one email).
